Spent New Year's Eve at a new hotel, spacious rooms and modern fittings were impressive. The staff was very polite and went out of their way to open the gym early which I really appreciated. Breakfast was amazing! Fresh juice and pineapple smoothie were particularly good. The location was perfect, a beautiful place to spend quality time with friends and family.

There were a few issues that put a damper on the festivities. The noise level was off the charts, we were given a room above the function room, and it continued until the early hours of the morning.

We stayed at a hotel that boasted brand new fittings and was spacious, yet the experience was less than perfect. Although the staff was polite, the service was incredibly slow, taking up to 45 minutes for a dish, and the noise levels from the banquet hall and lawn parties were overwhelming. the breakfast spread was large and the food quality was exceptionally good. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the efforts made by staff to make us feel welcome.

There were electrical switch malfunctions and teething problems in the kitchen.

I also appreciated the ample parking and convenient location.
